Frances joined Next Street in 2015 as an Analyst in the Boston office. Now as an Associate, she leverages her financial modeling and market research experience to provide strategic and capital advice to both small enterprises and ecosystem stakeholders. Frances’ portfolio focuses on direct advisory to small and mid-market enterprises, regional capital ecosystem assessments, and social business strategies for foundations and impact investors. Across projects, Frances enjoys helping her clients utilize the full business toolkit to build and support scalable, sustainable solutions that challenge the status quo.
Prior to Next Street, Frances was an Analyst at ButcherJoseph & Co., a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm in the Midwest. At ButcherJoseph, she gained experience structuring multi-tranche buy and sell-side transactions and helped to execute employee stock ownership transitions for middle-market companies in the manufacturing, equipment distribution, and construction industries. Frances worked directly with ButcherJoseph’s client executive teams to design management incentive plans to enhance intergenerational employee wealth creation.
Frances received a dual degree from Johns Hopkins in Economics and Women, Gender & Sexuality and completed undergraduate internships at EMILY’s List and the National Partnership for Women & Families in Washington D.C.
