Noelani is the Office Administrator for the Boston Office. She is passionate about organizational and HR management, and her experience in Human Resources includes the management of onboarding, benefits, HRIS systems, and recruitment. In her current role, she is responsible for day-to-day office and facilities operations, in addition to coordinating recruitment, on-boarding of new employees, and HR and benefits administration. She also works in partnership with the Accounting team and supports corporate and business development as needed.

Prior to this role, Noelani was a graduate of the National Urban Fellows 2016 cohort where she was a fellow at the Houston Health Department and attained her Master’s in Public Administration from Baruch College in New York City. She received her Bachelor’s in Communications and Human Development from Boston College and has worked in both the private and public sectors. Noelani enjoys staying active in her community and supports organizations making an impact on college-age first generation students. She enjoys mentoring and providing job-readiness advice through mock interviews, resume reviews, and proper interview etiquette.
