Position SummaryNext Street Financial is seeking an energetic, proactive, diligent, hardworking individual who is willing to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The core responsibilities for the administrative assistant would be performing and coordinating office administrative activities, and storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients. The administrative assistant would report to Pamela Jones, Executive Administrator and provide general office support; provide clerical support to the Managing Associates and Associates; organize and maintain paper and electronic files; conduct guided research; and order office supplies.
