Next Street was engaged by VHL in 2008 to develop a multi-year plan for the next stage of growth. Our role has been to function as a partner in growth and “extension of the team” working closely with the owner and senior leadership team on a range of critical initiatives – shifting our focus with the constant evolution and needs of the business. Work has included strategic planning, product / market strategies, pricing strategies, sales planning and management, as well as leadership and organizational development.
