Carlos Sugrañes the Director of the NYC Business Solutions Lower Manhattan Center. In this role Carlos strives to build meaningful relationships to assess the many pain points, needs, and resources needed by businesses in Manhattan. Carlos reviews businesses’ finances to assess their health, assists them in navigating government to make sure they are appropriately registered, and ensures that every employee has the proper training to be successful.
On working at Next Street
I joined Next Street to help businesses gain access to key programs to help them start, expand, and grow in NYC.
Prior to Next Street, Carlos worked in many financial nonprofits in both New York and San Francisco, cultivating a deep understanding of how to provide financial assistance to small businesses.
Carlos Graduated from Santa Clara University with a focus in Finance and Economics.
Outside of Next Street
Outside of Next Street, Carlos enjoys embarking on food tours around NYC, as it is a fun way to get to know the city and indulge in the many delicious cuisines.
