Lauren is an Associate in the Chicago office. She supports advisory projects for a range of clients, from City governments and foundations, to community financial institutions and large anchors. While at Next Street, Lauren has conducted three small business ecosystem assessments, one of which focused on entrepreneurs in the creative industries. She has also advised several small businesses directly through an anchor-sponsored capacity building program.
Prior to joining Next Street, Lauren worked at Mercer, where she supported talent strategy and compensation projects. Lauren also completed a Fulbright Research Fellowship in the Philippines, during which she explored reasons why students drop out of college. Lauren graduated from the University of Rochester, where she studied Economics and Public Health.

Outside of Next Street
Outside of work, Lauren both practices and teaches yoga, plays soccer, and enjoys summer concerts in Millennium Park.
