Gracie joined Next Street in June 2018 as a Senior Analyst in the New York Office. She provides strategic, financial, and operational advisory services to help scale clients’ impact on local communities, and is passionate about increasing women’s access to capital and financial services.
Prior to joining Next Street, Gracie spent four years at Capco, a financial services consulting firm. At Capco, she gained experience in financial services operations, as well as program management, risk management, and change management. She supported a breadth of projects, such as developing remediation responses to regulatory requirements at a global investment bank, supporting the large-scale launch of a digital bank, and assessing operational readiness and change management for a joint venture with a government-sponsored enterprise. She also led Capco’s global Bankers without Borders program, connecting volunteers with pro-bono project opportunities across India, Europe, Hong Kong, and North America.
Gracie graduated from the University of Virginia in 2014 with honors in Latin American Studies and Foreign Affairs. She received a Jefferson Public Citizens grant to lead an undergraduate research project in La Paz, Bolivia, surveying the impact of different microfinance business models on women’s personal relationships. Outside of work, Gracie enjoys yoga, Chipotle, and Tegan & Sara.
