John is a Director in the New York office. He helps manage, strengthen and grow our portfolio of small business development programs.

At Next Street I get to bring my curiosity to work with me every day and have the opportunity to apply my passion for creating equitable opportunities. I love that I have the privilege of working alongside incredibly smart and dedicated people to solve meaningful problems.
Prior to joining Next Street, John was in a start-up incubator in Silicon Valley with a social impact company he co-founded. John has also worked in program management at Hewlett-Packard, business development at a digital consultancy, and is a U.S. Army Veteran. John has bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of San Francisco.

Outside of work, John loves playing basketball, going to comedy shows and exploring new neighborhoods.
