Tyler is an Associate in the New York office. Prior to joining Next Street, he worked for various technology startups in the Los Angeles area where he gained experience in financial analysis, project management, and operations strategy.
On working at Next Street
Coming from a family of small business owners, I have seen firsthand the ways in which SMBs strengthen families and communities and spur economic development. I joined NXST because I believe equipping small businesses with the right resources, tools, and access to capital are significant steps in creating a more equitable economy.
Tyler holds bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Economy from Yale University where he centered his senior dissertation around the impacts and objectives of Foreign Direct Investment on developing countries’ business ecosystems.
Outside of Next Street
When he’s not at work, Tyler can be found reading anything from historical fiction to poetry, searching for new trails to climb, rooting for all of his Michigan sports teams, or planning the next great outdoor BBQ event.
