On working at Next Street
I joined Next Street because I strongly believe in social and racial justice. Emerging from COVID-19, we are at a unique moment in American history to shift economic structures for generations to come and I believe that Next Street is the right team to identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enable this shift.
Prior to Next Street, Alie worked as Chief of Staff and Project Manager for Dalberg Americas, a global social impact management consulting firm where she worked with a number of Foundation and non-profit clients. Additionally, while at Dalberg, Alie was deeply involved in the development of their antiracism commitment and broader diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. Previously, she worked in impact investing in Sub-Saharan Africa at eleQtra and in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs where she focused on providing advisory services and innovative financing solutions to utility companies in the US.
Alie holds an MBA and BA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, with concentrations in Management and Finance.
Outside of Next Street
When she’s not working, you can reliably find Alie in Central Park – running with her energetic vizla or running after her even more energetic toddlers.
