Based in our New York office, Nicole Green is Next Street’s Director of Legal and Compliance. In this role, Nicole assists both the firm and our clients with compliance issues, and she is responsible for Next Street’s legal affairs. Through her experience with nonprofits, federal, state, and city government as well as the private sector, Nicole brings a diverse skill set to us and our clients. Prior to joining Next Street’s Corporate team in January of 2022, she served as the General Counsel and Director of Contract Management for TakeRoot Justice, a nonprofit legal services organization. A graduate of Ohio University, Boston University School of Law, and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Nicole is on the board of directors for You Gotta Believe, a nonprofit dedicated to finding forever homes for youths who are aging out of foster care, where she also chairs the Governance Committee.
