Sean Killeen is a strategy and operations leader with deep experience driving growth, transformation, and execution across consulting, private equity, and business advisory environments. At Next Street, he brings a track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives that help organizations scale effectively, unlock value, and improve performance.

Prior to joining Next Street, Sean founded Mahogany Investment Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on small businesses strategy and operations improvement. Prior to this work, Sean led product strategy and private equity transaction engagements with Thinktiv, operations transformation and risk consultations with FMI, led the communications division for the New York Rising Program, and led business development pursuits for the nation’s oldest M/WBE design and construction firm, McKissack & McKissack.

Sean holds an MBA from Kelley School of Business at the Indiana University, a bachelor of science degree from SUNY Buffalo, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Sean loves spending time in the mountains snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking, visiting old Irish pubs with his wife, and doing puzzles with his kids.
