Riana is an Account Manager at the Queens Business Solutions Center where she is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs unlock their full potential. Her experience applying design thinking, leading stakeholder engagement efforts, and building community empowers her to inspire others and drive positive change. Riana’s skills in marketing and design further support her empathy-driven approach to outreach and engagement.
In Riana’s previous role with the Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Iona University, she collaborated with various partners to organize events, workshops, and mentorship programs designed to cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets and skills. She also supported the SBA-funded Community Navigator Pilot Program (CNPP), designing and implementing nationwide outreach strategies and partnership efforts. CNPP provided free 1:1 assistance and educational resources to military-connected entrepreneurs and small businesses. Riana holds a BBA in marketing and entrepreneurship and an MBA with an advanced certificate in entrepreneurship and innovation from Iona University.
