Sierra Armstrong is the Human Resources and Operations Associate in the New York office. Prior to Next Street, Sierra worked on the HR Employee Services team at Celgene Corporation as the key point of contact for HR inquiries ranging from company policies to recruitment.

As a supporter of small businesses, I was drawn to NXST because of their mission to assist small businesses that are systematically held back.
Sierra graduated from Hampton University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, where her senior capstone project was a Film Festival centered around celebrating growing black creatives and integrating students’ small businesses as vendors for the event.
Outside of Next Street
When she’s not at work, Sierra enjoys finding new restaurants, researching new painting techniques, and spending time with her family and friends.
