Lily is a Manager for Community Engagement and Events on Next Street’s Delivery team. She has over four years of experience designing and executing programming to attract, retain, and scale communities within startups to small business organizations. As a virtual marketing and business analyst for Chloe Capital, a venture capital firm with a mission to decrease the gender and diversity gap in entrepreneurship for women-led and minority-led companies nationally. Before joining Next Street, Lily collaborated with the Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Iona University over complex co-curricular programming. As the organization’s marketing and programming graduate assistant, Lily improved and enhanced community experiences with design thinking methodologies to grow and maintain engagement with community members digitally and in person. Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, Lily has participated in pitch competitions, international technology accelerators, and local technology incubator programs. Lily holds a BBA and MBA from Iona University with concentrations in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
