Stephany is a Senior Account Manager with over 10 years of experience helping entrepreneurs obtain financing for both pre-start up and operating businesses. In her career, she has been able to assist 100+ business in the New York City area connect to over $1.8MM in capital solutions that allowed them to start or enhance their business. The majority of this work was done during her time at Next Street. Through this work, Stephany noticed there was a gap within her community and became determined to close it. In 2020, she started her own business – Financially Fit – to focus specifically on helping businesses owned by people of color access capital as well as educate high school students on how to start a business.
