Hannah joined Next Street from the world of education policy. A highlight of her work at Bank Street College of Education was co-authoring several reports on sustainably funding high-quality, equitable teacher preparation pathways. Before moving to New York, she lived for three years in Nairobi, Kenya where she lead leadership development workshops, taught English to urban refugees, consulted on nonprofit fundraising strategies, and helped launch small businesses. Hannah has a MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University and B.A. in Art History with minors in Nonprofit Organizational Leadership and African Studies from the University of Florida.
