Matthew is a Deputy Director helping to deliver Next Street’s small business programming. He is passionate about helping small businesses gain access to the tools they need to thrive.

One of the great things about working at Next Street is knowing everyday that my work is making a difference in the community that I live in.
Matthew has over 10 years of experience in banking and business development, having held positions at TD Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Accion. Matthew has advised and mentored small business owners throughout the state of New York, as they worked to obtain financing and grow their businesses. He has experience in managing and developing successful small business lending teams. Matthew excels in building strong and lasting relationships with community partners.
He graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia with a BA in Political Science.
Outside of Next Street
When he’s not at work, Matthew can be seen around town performing improv comedy and enjoying the great food that Buffalo has to offer.
