Next Street is pleased to announce the promotion of Katie Johnson to Partner at Next Street. As a Partner, Katie will expand her responsibility over the firm’s vision, strategy, priorities, values, and culture, and she will take on an elevated role helping to lead our Advisory Practice.
Katie joined Next Street three years ago, and over her tenure she has led our Inclusive Impact Committee, overseen one of our flagship projects in Cook County, and helped lead our Chicago office. She has also managed relationships with key firm partners and led flagship projects such GoDaddy, LISC and CDC-Small Business Finance.
Katie’s impact is felt in many ways across the firm as has coached team members throughout the Advisory and Programs practices, and she has been a vocal advocate for our junior staff. Under her leadership, our Inclusive Impact Committee continues to hold the firm accountable for advancing including and equity and has equipped NXSTers with the language and tools to ensure our work is driving toward our commitment to anti-racism.
We are excited to see Katie’s impact on the firm and her clients as she helps guide Next Street’s next phase of growth.
