Previous to working at NXST, Amber worked as a grant writer in the non-profit sector where she secured much needed funding for programs, projects, and activities that provided life-changing services to New York’s most underserved communities. Moving away from the non-profit sector, Amber wanted to work for a company that cared about their social impact and worked to create true systemic change; she found that at NXST. Amber chose to work at NXST to be around like-minded coworkers who have a vested interest in making the world better through investment in overlooked entrepreneurs and small businesses.
