Her expertise encompasses strategy and growth planning, data analysis, project management, and organizational and operational transformation and management. Kruti is particularly passionate about partnering with mission-oriented organizations to optimize and maximize their social impact by leveraging resources, building capacity, ensuring mission alignment, and measuring impact effectively. She places great value on deep stakeholder engagement and collaboration as a crucial driver of systemic change. She firmly believes that the economy and markets have immense potential to improve people’s lives through innovations that align profit with impact.
As a native New Yorker who grew up surrounded by diverse communities, Kruti is committed to advancing DEI initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
