Leah is currently an Associate based out of Next Street’s New York office. Prior to Next Street, Leah did Technical Recruiting at Stripe, and before that at Better, both financial technology startups, where she owned end-to-end recruitment for various technical teams and helped scale recruiting programs and processes. Leah holds her bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Southern California.
